In order to provide secure technical support and expand the customer service channels, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bancamiga, Carmelo de Grazia, informed about the start of free point-of-sale update operations in its Network of Agencies and MRW allies in the country.

Specialized personnel will attend to customers' concerns in the agencies of Altamira, Guatire, Los Teques, Acarigua, Puerto La Cruz, Maracay, Valencia, Maturín and Barquisimeto, and in the MRW ally in Mérida.

During these Bancamiga POS upgrade operations, customers will have the opportunity to activate the Contactless payment method, a communication technology that allows them to pay by simply bringing their card close to the POS, which for now only works with Mastercard cards that have Contactless. The process is as secure as with a chip card, but more agile, practical and easier.

Carmelo de Grazia<span lang=”EN-US” style=”font-size:12.0pt”> expressed that currently only Bancamiga -one of the best places to work in Venezuela, according to the international firm Great Place to Work- has this facility in the market through the Bancamiga AMP 3000, AMP 7000, AMP 8000 and AMP 9000 POS, which allows the merchant to boost his business.

In these free days, where Bancamiga has the support of SITCA's POS Operations team, customers will be able to acquire SIM cards compatible with their equipment, batteries, chargers, printer rolls and immediately replace their POS, shortening the procedures and waiting times that these requirements may entail.
